Unidek SIPS carry full third party accreditation. The system is fully accredited to the Dutch KOMO certification scheme.

With the assurance of 40 years of use and backed by the corporate status of CRH plc, you can rest assured that all SIPS products from Unidek Ltd are safe, future-proofed and designed accordingly.

The rate at which new legislation and guidance targets are introduced in the UK means that accreditation becomes very difficult to keep up-to-date. This can lead to uncertainty and confusion, particularly by designers and other stakeholders such as insurance companies and investors, with regard to the technicalities and fitness-for-purpose of new products entering the market. This is especially the case with MMC products.

The Unidek team is currently working with a UK 3rd party accreditation scheme to ensure that future legislation and Building Regulations are catered for. This soon-to-be-secured scheme will ensure that all designs carry a future-proofed guarantee that all Unidek products are not only of the highest quality but also exhibit the most sustainable characteristics.

Unidek is also working with a major UK body to establish a standard for SIPS technology, both to raise awareness and to give the comfort of uniformity in design and installation.
